You are always one step ahead, eager to learn, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen – whether that’s assisting the team with prepping for client meetings, proposals, data entry, or hopping in onsite at an event. Your focus will be on overall administration and systems within the Client Services team. This role will interface with teams in all agency departments to support business and company processes and operations.

Coordinate agency social media channels and contribute content creation (copy, imagery, video). Assist in creating email newsletters, case studies, and blog posts to showcase agency work. Research industry trends and competitors to support marketing strategy and innovation.
  • Administrative Support: Organise project folders, manage contact databases (HubSpot), and keep documentation up to date. Coordinate supplier communications and gather quotes as needed. Provide onsite event support as required, assisting with registration, guest lists, and logistics.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication (internally and externally) that meets Sight’s approved level and style.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Implement and strictly adhere to the Sight handbook, templates, and processes as inducted.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience within the agency or marketing support industry (internships count).
  • Willingness to learn, develop foundational skills with a keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management, and a desire to grow in your role.
  • Outgoing, friendly, team‑spirit, confident, and dedicated to event management – able to shine with ideas, innovative ideas, and a unique point of view.
  • Strong project management, administration, organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment and handle tight deadlines, multiple projects, and conflicting priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel onsite to events across the Asia‑Pacific region as needed.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Mail, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong writing and communication skills – starting from good and developing into definitive for the industry, with eagerness to learn and engage further in communications.
