Job summary

A community-based memorial facility in Singapore is seeking a compassionate Client Services Executive to support families during important moments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, be able to communicate warmly and effectively, and manage various tasks independently. Responsibilities include guiding families, coordinating bookings, and supporting events. Candidates must be organized, reliable, and comfortable using IT systems, with a willingness to work weekends. Training will be provided.

About The Garden of Remembrance

Established by The Methodist Church in Singapore, The Garden of Remembrance is a faith-based memorial facility (columbarium) serving the community with compassion and dignity. We provide a peaceful place of remembrance and support families through memorial services and farewell arrangements.

We are looking for 2 motivated, service-driven Client Services Executives to join our close-knit team.

This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcome and guide families with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

  • Support clients in selecting niches and remembrance items (plaques, urns, etc.)

  • Coordinate memorial room bookings and arrangements with funeral directors and families

  • Provide on-site support during wakes and memorial services to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Follow up on enquiries (online, referrals, walk-ins) and keep clients updated promptly

  • Manage daily admin, records, and coordination tasks to keep operations organised and accurate

  • Work closely with our Facilities team to ensure our premises remain respectful, safe, and well-maintained

  • Support community events such as memorial services and church-related activities

  • You will work closely with a supportive team, and training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For
  • O-Levels / Diploma, with minimum 2 years of customer service experience

  • Warm, customer-focused and able to communicate clearly and confidently

  • A service-oriented mindset with genuine empathy and emotional maturity

  • Comfortable speaking to people from all walks of life

  • Organised, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks calmly

  • Able to work independently once trained

  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays (5-day work week)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems

Experience in hospitality, healthcare, customer service, or community-based roles is a plus.
