A major life insurance provider in Singapore is seeking a professional to drive sales growth for their Japanese business. Qualifications

Job Description
  • Responsible to the sales & profitable growth of the Japanese business in the local market.
  • Establish an effective business strategy and initiative to promote new business and retention of existing Japanese business in the local market.
  • Build and strengthen the working relationship of all related Stakeholders, Japanese Clients / Intermediaries / Other Business Partners to maintain a high closing ratio for new business and maintain a sustainable profit for all our policies.
  • Prepare and analyze periodical marketing reports and provide management supports on special projects in relation to Group business.
  • Provide high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders by working proactively across the department to meeting Japanese client deliverables as well as providing timely issue resolution.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Degree/ Diploma certification in Business studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supporting client services of Group Business or Employee Benefits Insurance Industry.
  • Good to have Professional Certification – HI, M5, M9
  • Team player with positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Have initiative to improve operational efficiency and embrace ongoing changes.
  • Able to meet tight timelines.
