Processing membership related transactions
Prepare daily shift opening and closing documents
Adhere to SOP all the times
Work closely with Marketing teams and keep membership promotions updated
Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Min Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
Willing to work rotating shifts and during weekends and public holidays
