UBS AG seeks a Client Account Manager in Singapore to enhance client relationships in Wealth Management. The role involves supporting experienced advisors in providing exceptional service, managing complex tasks, and contributing to client satisfaction in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates are team players with a strong background in private banking and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for you to join our Wealth Management Private Client sector as a Client Account Manager to help us provide efficient and high quality support to our Clients and Client Advisors.
• support Wealth Management Client Advisors and our clients in their daily business
• provide a broad spectrum of high quality services, such as client meeting preparation, risk and client servicing tasks (e.g. account opening, account maintenance, credit) and support with other complex client-related processes, with specialisation of specific client servicing processes from time to time
• have contact to internal and external clients, build rapport and work closely with internal partners in handling tasks end to end
• manage complex troubleshooting as required in the course of handling tasks
• work in a team of highly motivated experienced Client Account Managers, and help to continuously improve processes through regular knowledge exchange (i.e. sharing lessons learned and best practices)
• follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the relevant cross-border regulations
Your team:You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management business division in Singapore. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients in APAC.

Your expertise:• At least 3 years of assistant relationship manager experience preferably in a private bank or in a supporting role including in private banking operations
• university degree or institute of higher education, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 to be licensed for the role
• an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and Mandarin (which would be advantageous in serving our APAC clients)
• ability to work accurately and efficiently, excellent self-organization and communication skills
• a highly motivated team player who enjoys helping others and has a sense of teamwork
• highly adaptable, versatile and with agility mindset to adjust in constant changing environments
• are resilient and responsible, able to work and be focused under pressure
