About the Role

We are looking for a Cleanroom Project Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cleanroom projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and performance. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cleanroom construction or retrofit projects, from design through to commissioning.
• Review M&E / ACMV drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with cleanroom design requirements.
• Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical systems, and cleanroom components.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, RFIs, and method statements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and ensure works comply with industry standards, cleanroom protocols (e.g. ISO 14644), and safety regulations.
• Assist in procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in cleanroom, ACMV, M&E, or construction projects is a bonus.
• Strong technical knowledge in either Mechanical / ACMV / Electrical systems.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or high‑tech cleanroom projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO cleanroom classifications and standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project coordination tools.
• Good communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
