Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites (e.g., offices, malls, condominiums, food courts).
  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors, cleaners, and contractors.
  • Ensure service quality and adherence to hygiene standards and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site audits and client visits to maintain satisfaction.
  • Plan staff deployment and optimize manpower allocation.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Assist in tender preparation, costing, and contract execution.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of on-ground staff.
