Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Engineering projects including RTO duties.
• Accredited as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by IES or ACES.
• Certificate in BCSS or similar construction-safety certification.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a site-based role like Site Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works according to project specifications.
• Monitor site works for compliance with approved drawings.
• Maintain proper site inspection records.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and inform relevant parties.
• Review contractor’s method statements for compliance.
• Enforce quality control and monitor site safety.
• Attend meetings with project consultants and clients.
