Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate responsible for preparing project documentation and supervising drawing management. The role includes coordinating with project managers and safety personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and conducting regular meetings with subcontractors. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant fields, excellent communication skills, and at least 2 years of site experience as a main contractor in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation including daily reports and monthly progress reports.
• Oversee drawing management and issue updated drawings.
• Assist project manager with coordination of change orders.
• Coordinate with safety personnel to comply with regulations.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors.

Job Description

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawing to the clients and subcontractor aree issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineerin coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued.
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
