Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer with at least four years of relevant experience, particularly in deep excavation and foundation works. This role requires working shifts as part of a 44-hour work week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and inspect works directed by QP(S) and SRE.
• Lead RTO for effective on-site leadership.

Overview

Civil Engineer (RE-C&S)

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil & structural engineer, of which at least 2 years shall be in supervision of works in projects similar in size and complexity; in particular deep excavation and foundation, cut and cover tunnel works and building works;
• Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore;
• Lead RTO to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(S) and SRE. He must possess good leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal skills;
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report;
• Possess strong supervision and leadership skills;
• Must be willing to work shifts;
