Job description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for translating Innerwork Circle’s vision and strategic priorities into effective, scalable, and well-governed operations. Working in close partnership with the Founder, the COO provides leadership across day-to-day operations, systems, and organizational execution, ensuring that the platform operates with clarity, consistency, and long-term sustainability.
