As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for our organization based in Delhi within the Insurance / Insurance Broking industry, you will be tasked with leading the HR function strategically. Your primary responsibility will be to align the human capital agenda with the business objectives, emphasizing HR leadership experience in insurance, organizational development, talent strategy, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing HR strategies in line with business goals, advising on organizational design and workforce planning, and fostering a performance-driven organizational culture. You will spearhead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and learning initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee employee engagement, culture, compensation, benefits, rewards, HR operations, systems, compliance, analytics, and governance.To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institution, along with certifications in labor law, organizational development, or HR analytics (preferred). With a solid background of 12-18 years in Human Resources, including 4-5 years in a leadership position, you should demonstrate expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational design, talent management, labor laws, compliance, and HR governance. Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills are essential.Having experience in managing HR for sales-heavy or regulated sectors, scaling HR operations, policy design, and working in dynamic, process-driven environments will be advantageous.
