About the role

W Search & Staffing is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join a rapidly growing Manufacturing company in the Central Region. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and long-term success of the organization. Senior executives with a background in investment banking and corporate side to lead business growth and capitalization will be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to the executive team. Overseeing all financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support data-driven decision making.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Managing the company's banking relationships and financing activities.
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Participating in the organization's corporate strategy decisions, providing senior management with insights on financing, structural optimization, risk management, and capital deployment.
• Leading the organization’s capital operations, including the design and execution of financing strategies, equity and debt financing, and M&A fund establishments.
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with investment banks, brokerage firms, funds, auditors, and law firms. Conducting tax planning and international compliance management to ensure capital flow efficiency and risk control management measures.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Business / Economics or related fields. Candidates with MBA qualifications will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in a senior finance leadership role and prior experience within the Manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance business growth and possess excellent financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Possess excellent capital-market acumen and cross-cultural leadership skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
