Job summary

A world renowned manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to manage the finance team and ensure financial report accuracy. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of finance leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent, and is proficient in Mandarin. This role involves strategic planning and liaising with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of finance leadership experience.
• Prior experience in IPO listing is preferred.
• Dynamic, confident, and positive disposition.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Finance team and report to the CEO.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reports, budget & forecasting.
• Implement and ensure compliance of accounting policies.
• Lead business planning and assist in strategic plans.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the CEO & managing a Finance team
• Full accountability and accuracy of reports, including financial reports, budget & forecasting
• Effective implementation, administration, compliance of accounting policies , procedures , controls and practices
• Lead in business planning, internal management reports, assist in short and long term strategic plans
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, lawyers and government agencies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance, CPA, ACCA or equivalent with min 10yrs of finance leadership experience. Prior experience in IPO listing.
• Good leadership and dedicated team player, dynamic , confident and positive disposition
• Ability to make value added changes to achieve business objectives and goals
