Job description

Responsibilities

1. Develop & execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with commercial, regulatory, and growth objectives.
2. A key strategic partner to the CEO and management team on business expansion, product launches, & market entry decisions.
3. Manage financial reporting & accounting standards, cash flow & budgeting including forecasting & financial modelling.
4. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
5. Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, management reports & timely filing with Iras.
6. Monitor performance against budgets and KPIs; identify risks and operational inefficiencies.
7. Support compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations from a financial and governance perspective.
8. Analyse product, customer, and channel profitability.
9. Embrace data analytics, automation, and AI in finance.
10. Lead transformation, not just cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as CFO of SME/MNC, with related degree(s) in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Ability to work beyond regular officer hours.
• Willing to travel Asian countries.
