Summary

KOGAS International Pte. Ltd. finds a position of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our rapidly growing company in Singapore and take part in the company’s increasing presence in the global LNG marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities

• The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan.
• Supervise all aspects of the company, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, technology, and operations.
• Develop marketing and negotiation strategies, deal structuring and proposals to major LNG buyers for long-term sales agreements.
• Identifies and targets new markets and clients for market growth and share and formulate plans to mitigate commercial and business risks.
• Analyze supply portfolio and recommend pricing and supply structures to capture opportunities to enhance overall portfolio value and optimise delivery arrangements.
• Establish timely market intelligence on LNG procurement developments, changing market conditions, regulatory requirements and competitors activities.

Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, market participants, regulators and business partners.

Job Requirement

• Five or more years of experience as a CEO or similar leadership role.
• Min 10 years’ experience in similar capacity within the LNG sector.
• Excellent leadership skills and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in both Korean and English.
• Min Degree in Business Management / Science / Economics / Engineering.
• Knowledge and experience of LNG market.
• Good network and clientele for LNG market.
• Good knowledge in Law, regulations and contract terms related to international trade and business.
• Strong acumen in business development and negotiation.
• Possess strong business background and experience in managing a wide range of operational functions.
