As the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Utkarsh Global Foundation, you will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic growth, revenue generation, and impactful partnerships. With 15-20+ years of experience in business development, financial oversight, and organizational leadership, you will play a crucial role in scaling the Foundation's programs to achieve its mission of creating meaningful social impact.Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing long-term strategies aligned with the Foundation's mission, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, and establishing strategic partnerships with corporates, philanthropists, and funding agencies. You will lead high-impact fundraising initiatives, design financial strategies to support program growth, and explore innovative revenue streams for self-sustainability.In this role, you will oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and reports to ensure sound fiscal management, utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, you will foster a culture of collaboration, build a high-performing leadership team, and address operational challenges while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.The ideal candidate will have 15-20+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the non-profit, corporate, or startup sectors, with a proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and managing large teams.
