Responsibilities

• Lead bakery production, develop seasonal menus, ensure consistency, and improve recipes while following franchise guidelines.
• Oversee all baking processes, conduct daily quality checks, and schedule production according to business needs.
• Manage food and labour costs, handle pricing strategies, oversee inventory and ordering, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Ensure premium customer experience, maintain visual and portion standards, and interact with customers for feedback and brand promotion.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the bakery team, build a positive work culture, and manage staffing and performance.
• Collaborate with operations and management on business goals, support new product launches and marketing campaigns, and handle additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience in bakery productions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is preferred.
