A reputable cafe in Singapore is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead the brunch station and maintain high standards of quality and consistency. You will oversee food preparation, guide the team in smooth operations, and ensure that all items are executed to perfection. The ideal candidate has strong teamwork skills and a passion for artisanal food. This role offers a dynamic work environment with rotating rest days and competitive hours.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (Cafe) to lead the brunch station and ensure that every cafe item is executed to standards of quality and consistency.
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present artisanal sandos, brunch dishes, and deli plates according to Creamier’s recipes and standards.
Oversee the deli station and ensure smooth operations during service.
Supervise and guide food prep team, providing support and coaching.
Ensure all mise-en-place is completed accurately and on time.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and support inventory management.
Contribute to menu planning, specials, and new dish development, especially for sandos and brunch.
Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of all deli and kitchen equipment.
Assist the Sous Chef with overall kitchen operations during service.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Passionate about artisanal food and delivering consistent quality.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
