Job description

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (Cafe) to lead the brunch station and ensure that every cafe item is executed to standards of quality and consistency.

Location & Work Hours
  • Toa Payoh
  • 5 day work week
  • 8 work hours straight shifts with 1 hour meal break
  • Shift timing starts at 8am - 10am depending on schedule
  • Rotating rest days
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present artisanal sandos, brunch dishes, and deli plates according to Creamier’s recipes and standards.

  • Oversee the deli station and ensure smooth operations during service.

  • Supervise and guide food prep team, providing support and coaching.

  • Ensure all mise-en-place is completed accurately and on time.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.

  • Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and support inventory management.

  • Contribute to menu planning, specials, and new dish development, especially for sandos and brunch.

  • Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of all deli and kitchen equipment.

  • Assist the Sous Chef with overall kitchen operations during service.
