A local technology firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated candidate to maintain and service client accounts in B2B sectors, mainly focusing on CCTV and networking products. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a salary package ranging from SGD 3,000 to 5,000 based on performance. Ideal candidates should be willing to learn and have sales experience as an advantage.

Qualifications

  • No specific diploma/degree requirement – hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle client-facing roles confidently.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented to ensure smooth sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service existing client accounts (mainly B2B, CCTV, Door Access, Networking products).
  • Update customer records, handle order processing, coordinate delivery, and follow up on payment collection.
  • Support sales operations with day-to-day coordination between customers and internal teams.
  • Build rapport with clients and channel partners through consistent communication and service.
  • Maintain relationships with an existing base of customers and provide some business development.

Requirements:

  5. Bilingual (English + Mandarin/Malay/Indonesian) preferred to liaise with diverse customers.
Remuneration:
  • Basic Salary + Commission
  • Monthly package range: SGD 3,000 – 5,000 (depending on performance and sales results)
