The Role
- Assist in the planning and execution of the social media, website & e-commerce strategy to achieve business goals
- As a content owner, to conduct content discovery, potential partnerships, and craft and deliver content in a customer-centric way. i.e. right channel, right time, right content
- Drive customer engagement and sales conversations
- Work with respective partners & stakeholder to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the ASUS official store, social media, website and responsible for all on-site content
- Work closely with cross-functional support team including product, sales and marketing to ensure efficient and effective execution of promotional or product campaigns
- Measures and reports performance of all social media, website & e-commerce marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) to achieve goals
- Analyze data, trends and performance to report on business performance internally and take ownership to develop deep insights and providing executional recommendations.
- To ensure full compliance with local, regional brand directions and objectives
- Assist Marketing Manager in daily operations
The Requirement
- Proven work experience (min. 3 years) in product marketing
- Ability to influence and build productive cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners
- Highly adaptable and able to handle priorities in a dynamic environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to details
