We serve both local SMEs and international clients seeking to leverage Singapore as a hub for their businesses. Our Johor Bahru office supports our growing regional operations.

Job Description & Responsibilities

As part of our regional team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients remain fully compliant with Singapore's ACRA and regulatory requirements. You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of Singapore-incorporated companies.
  • Handle the full suite of corporate secretarial duties under Singapore Companies Act, including:
  • Company incorporations, striking off, and conversions.
  • Preparation and filing of annual returns, AGM documents, board and shareholders resolutions.
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and minute books. Liaise with ACRA, IRAS and other Singapore government bodies on compliance matters.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance matters and ACRA/Companies Act requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and internal teams.
  • Assist with due diligence and corporate restructuring exercises.
  • Prepare documents for share allotments, transfers, dividends, and changes of directors/shareholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or related field.
  • ICSA/SAICSA qualification or pursuing will be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years experience in corporate secretarial practice handling Singapore ACRA compliance (experience in a professional services firm preferred).
  • Familiar with Singapore Companies Act, ACRA BizFile+ processes, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Good command of written & spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools to manage filings and documents.
