🧩 JobResponsibilities
- Act as a core support to the CEO, assisting with daily work matters and business-related follow-ups;
- Liaise and coordinate with financial institutions and third-party professional service providers (including banks, brokers, custodians, and other service firms) to support the execution of related matters;
- Attend and follow up on all key meetings of the CEO, including meeting preparation, note-taking, action-item tracking, and execution follow-ups;
- Assist the CEO in coordinating with partners related to each asset portfolio, and follow up on collaboration progress and related matters;
- Support cross-team and cross-institution communication and coordination within the scope authorized by the CEO;
- Handle ad hoc and special tasks assigned by the CEO.

⭐ PreferredQualifications
- Relevant experience: More than 3 years of experience in liaising with financial institutions, investment, asset management, or related third-party service providers; prior experience as a CEO / Founder / Senior Executive Assistant is a strong plus;
- Relevant knowledge: Background or exposure to finance, accounting, or legal-related fields is a plus.
- Language skills: Strong English communication skills, able to participate in English meetings, especially those involving U.S. time zones;
- Work methodology: Logical and structured working style, with strong task decomposition and execution capability;
- Communication skills: Strong communication skills, able to efficiently relay information between the CEO and multiple stakeholders;
- Learning & problem-solving ability: Strong ability to work independently and resolve issues; work capability and efficiency are core evaluation criteria for this role.
💼 Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: SGD 7,000 –10,000, subject to experience and overall capability;
- Compensation and incentive structure will be discussed further during the interview process;
- Performance-based bonus ranging from 3 to 8 months’ salary, subject to individual and company performance.
