Roles and Responsibility (Centre Head):

• Passion for positive child development
• Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including program planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.
• Staff supervision and mentoring
• Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.
• Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrollment targets
• Report to management on student enrollment, operational expenses, manpower and training.
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report, ETC.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage)
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin
• At least 2 years of working experience with children.Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
