Job description
Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations & Administration
  • Manage daily centre operations to ensure smooth lesson delivery

  • Handle student attendance records, enrolment data, and class schedules

  • Coordinate with trainers on lesson schedules, availability, and changes

  • Prepare classrooms and ensure learning materials and robotics kits are organised and ready

Trainer & Lesson Support
  • Support trainers with logistical needs before and after lessons

  • Ensure lesson photos/videos are collected and properly archived

  • Follow up with trainers on SOP compliance and operational requirements

Parent Communication & Coordination
  • Assist with parent enquiries, scheduling, and operational follow-ups

  • Basic admin documentation, e.g., inventory, updating lesson schedule

  • Ensure timely communication aligned with centre standards

Facilities & Asset Management
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the centre

  • Ensure robotics parts are properly stored, inventoried, and reset after lessons

  • Flag equipment issues or shortages early

Working Arrangement
  • Full-time role (4 working days per week)

  • Includes weekend coverage (Compulsory)

  • Working days and schedule will be discussed during the interview
