• 5+ years in biotechnology or bioprocessing; cell and gene therapy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cell culture and sterile processing in classified environments.
• GMP manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfers and manufacturing capital projects.
• Ensure campaign readiness and monitor execution.
• Manage change controls and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Support investigations and documentation to meet cGMP requirements.
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects.
