Looking for experience personnel in catering sector. We are a newly established company with partners in reknown Thai restaurants, engaging us as their catering arm.
- Client & Sales Management:Consult with clients to understand their needs, negotiate contracts, build relationships, and secure new business.
- Event Planning & Logistics:Coordinate all aspects of events, including menu design, budgeting, event schedules, and the transportation of food and equipment.
- Staff & Team Management:Supervise and motivate catering staff, conduct training, and ensure efficient task delegation for event execution.
- Operations & Execution:Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring high-quality standards, proper presentation, and timely delivery.
- Inventory & Resource Management:Manage catering inventory, ensure ingredient freshness, and maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and vehicles.
- Compliance & Quality Control:Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards, monitor team performance against service level agreements (SLAs), and resolve customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service abilities, and the capacity to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Leadership & Management:Ability to manage teams, motivate staff, and lead under pressure to achieve event objectives.
- Organizational & Time Management:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and staff simultaneously, along with good time management to meet deadlines.
- Business Acumen:Skills in budget management, financial reporting, and strategic planning for catering services.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical Fitness:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks related to event setup and teardown.
- Valid Driver's License:A valid driver's license with a clean record may be required for delivery and on-site coordination.
