Job summary

A local cafe specializing in cats is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee F&B operations and customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, caring for cafe cats, and managing inventory. Ideal candidates are comfortable with animals, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in vet clinics, animal shelters, or the food and beverage industry is preferred. This role requires a proactive and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience in vet clinics, animal shelters, or F&B-related environments.
• Must be able to recognize cat behavior and handling practices.
• A commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall F&B operation and inventories.
• Uphold cafe housekeeping, general cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Assist in customer service and orientation.
• Take care of cafe cats including grooming, feeding, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• To manage & oversee overall F&B operation & inventories
• To upkeep cafe housekeeping, general cleanliness and hygiene
• To assist in taking care of cafe cats including grooming, feeding & cleaning
• To assist in customer service & orientation
• To assist in preparing, serving of food/beverages & cashiering
• Other ad-hoc duties required
