A financial technology company in Singapore is seeking a Card Scheme Operations Analyst. This role involves ensuring that merchants comply with Card Scheme regulations and collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in payments or fintech and possess strong communication and analytical skills. The position requires in-office collaboration at least 3 days a week, with an emphasis on effective teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.

In order to build a sustainable business, we, as a financial institution, need to know at all times what our customers are up to and whether this is in line with Card Scheme regulations and our risk appetite. The Scheme Operations team is responsible for ensuring that our merchants are compliant with these regulations.
As a Card Scheme Operations Analyst, you will support the team in ensuring our merchants comply with Card Scheme regulations and that they are aligned with our risk management strategies. You will need to work closely with different teams globally such as Compliance, Sales, Account Management, Partnerships team and Product.
