We are looking for detail-oriented and quick-learning individuals to join our Operations department, providing vital support to our Car Loans Sales team.

Core Responsibilities

You will undergo progressive training in motor loans disbursement processing. The key products you will handle include floor stock, hire purchase, and in-house loans. As a crucial checkpoint in the workflow, you will be expected to demonstrate strong teamwork and attention to detail. You will report to the Deputy General Manager.

  • Verification of supporting documents received from customers, to ensure that documents are complete and comply with the regulatory and banks’ requirements
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure there are no pending, aged cases
  • Assist to notify and follow-up with external parties (banks, customers etc.) on outstanding cases
  • Process and submit loan disbursements to bank partners promptly and accurately
  • Manage and support portfolio’s monthly interest calculations and follow-up with the relevant parties
  • Monitor outstanding payments, if any, and contact customers as reminders
  • Consolidation of data on a regular basis to assist on reporting and maintenance of dashboard
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “O” level/NITEC, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy, and speed and accuracy in data entry
  • Meticulous, keen eye for detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Good time management to meet banks’ daily cut-off timings
