Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organisations to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
  • Promote the company’s brand and career opportunities to students through presentations, social media, and targeted outreach.
  • Source, screen, and interview students and recent graduates for internship and entry-level roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and campus engagement activities.
  • Stay informed about trends in campus recruitment and competitor activities to enhance the company’s university hiring programme.
