A leading technology services provider in Singapore is seeking a Campus Manager to oversee shared facilities and provide logistical support for events. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This role offers a full-time contract from January to December 2026.
Job Title: Campus Manager
Contract Period: 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm (inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break)
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:15pm (inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break)
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
The Campus Manager will be responsible for the following:
Oversee booking and estate management of shared facilities at ACS Barker Road Campus (Auditorium, Arts Centre, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal Court, Tennis Courts)
Source and secure opportunities for external bookings (e.g., concerts, workshops, conferences, events) and facilitate bookings for both schools and external parties
Provide logistical support for external events and programmes
Supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring campus cleanliness and managing their training and development
Liaise with contractors for estate maintenance and improvement works
Communicate with external hirers regarding bookings, usage, and payment processes
Coordinate overall facility bookings for both schools and external hirers
Work with both schools on campus finance matters, including annual budget, expenditure, and fixed assets
Prepare quarterly updates for School Leaders on income and expenditure patterns
Serve as a Safe Management Officer during health and safety incidents; plan, coordinate, and implement required Safe Management Measures in line with legal regulations
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Diploma in any discipline (candidates without a diploma but with strong relevant experience may also apply)
At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in marketing, logistics, or estate management
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
