Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possession of a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore laws and regulations relating to Building Management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Campus Manager in coordinating operational needs.
• Oversee daily management of outsourced maintenance vendors.
• Implement Health & Safety policies and coordinate inspections.
