Overview: In this role you will be expected to :

  • Answer customer queries by phone and email with focus on first contact resolution
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers by following the right processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience working in a call centre, handling inbound calls and emails.
  • Previous experience with the airline, hotel or loyalty / rewards industry would be a plus
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Positive attitude and can-do mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Notes:

  • Duration: Starting 3rd November to 2nd January
  • Shift Working hours: 5am/6am/7am/8am to 2pm/3pm/4pm/5pm 8am to 5pm
  • 30 daily transport allowance for shift 5am & 6am only
  • Hybrid, 2 days WFH
