Job summary

A telecommunications company in Singapore is seeking individuals for a customer service role, focusing on resolving issues efficiently by phone and email. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently. The role requires proficiency in English and possibly other languages, as well as the ability to work on weekends if necessary. Immediate starters will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and/or any Mother Tongue Dialect.
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience in customer service or contact centre.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Provide quality customer service to customers over phone and/or email
• Co-ordinate with internal department/teammates and ensure closure of all customer service calls/emails.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and elevate problems/issues promptly
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
