Responsibilities

• Responsible for hub & station layout planning and site selection based on forecast volume.
• Responsible for routes planning and timeliness optimization.
• Optimize operation cost by planning input of operating resources.
• Establish and optimize delivery standards, update SOP, and train employees.
• Project management for new hub & station, including demand analysis and process design.

Job description

1. Responsible for hub & station layout planning and site selection base on forecast volume. in order to meet short and long term capacity needs ；

• 2. Responsible for routes planning, timeliness optimization, and implement such improvement projects and get final results;
• 3. Optimize the operation cost by rationally planning the input of operating resources such as operators, equipment, and sort windows, etc;
• 4. Establish and continuously optimize delivery standards, update SOP and train frontline employees;
• 5. Project management for new hub & station such as demand analysis, process design, construction, untill moved to produciton;
