Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and portion control.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in every plate.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable role within a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of culinary techniques and overall kitchen operations.
  • Capable of performing well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
