• Supervise and coordinate construction of civil and structural works.
• Carry out site inspection to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain daily records related to the works done and safety.
• Verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
• Record variations approved by the Consultant Team.
• Attend to contractor queries and coordinate their works.

Job description

Supervision and coordination of the construction of the civil and structural works of the project and exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract period.

To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works to ensure that the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.

To maintain proper and update daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site.

To verify reports and claims submitted by the contractors.

To record all variations as instructed or approved by Consultant Team.

To attend to contractor’s queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.

Responsible to the consultants who will have overall control of the site supervisory staff and also discharge of duties are listed following items of works.
