Job summary

A construction and engineering firm located in Singapore is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning engineering works, liaising with various stakeholders, and managing project timelines to meet objectives. Applicants should possess at least a diploma or degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of local construction experience. Additional knowledge in BIM/Revit software is advantageous, and proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Liaise with consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to completion of projects on C&S matters
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients
• Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectivies
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meeting
• Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel
• At least 3 years of local construction experience
• Knowledge in BIM / Revit software is added advantage.
• At least Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
• Fluent in English , Good project management and communication skills
