What You’ll Do

As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth product flow from suppliers to our airport retail stores and online platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement & Vendor Management – Issue and follow up on purchase orders (POs). Liaise with suppliers for updated price lists, stock availability, and RMA claims. Manage costing changes, price protection, and payment coordination.
  • Inventory & System Management – Create new item codes and update system records (EPB). Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and resolve warehouse/packing issues. Support shops in resolving stock discrepancies and consignment adjustments. Handle yearly stock take and daily data uploads (SKU/Price/PLU).
  • Shipping & Documentation – Track shipping documents from suppliers. Provide necessary shipping records to the warehouse. Resolve discrepancies (short‑shipment, damage, missing quantities) and file claims.
  • Reporting & Promotions – Generate weekly/monthly sales and stock reports for vendors. Set up promotion rebates and assist in running promotions at retail and online stores.
