Duties
1. Business & Strategic Support
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and feasibility studies.
- Track strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Participate in internal meetings to contribute to strategic planning.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments.
2. Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
- Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Review project documentation including proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Support procurement activities including sourcing and contract management.
- Maintain dashboards and databases for project tracking.
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Summarize project updates and consultant reports.
- Support contract management and ensure compliance.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
4. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing business events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the VP, Corporate Services.
5. Operational Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- High-energy team player with a "can-do" attitude.
