We are seeking a Business Policy Executive (3-month contract) to develop, review, and maintain internal corporate policies and external commercial documentation. The role requires strong commercial, structured writing capabilities, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, enforceable, and practical documents aligned with business objectives, operational needs, and regulatory requirements.
Draft, update, and maintain corporate policies, SOPs, governance documents, and compliance frameworks.
Ensure documentation is structured, coherent, and aligned with organisational strategies and operations.
Develop templates and style guides to standardise documentation across departments.
Develop external-facing policies, terms & conditions, service agreements, onboarding documents, and commercial guidelines.
Ensure documentation reflects service commitments, commercial structures, and risk considerations.
Review and refine contractual language to balance customer experience and business protection.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and align documentation requirements.
Facilitate discussions to clarify commercial implications, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
Ensure documentation meets regulatory, audit, and industry requirements.
Maintain document controls, versioning, and approval workflows.
Support audits, RFPs, and compliance reviews involving policy and contractual documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Policy, Business, Law, or related fields.
Experience in policy writing, contract drafting, commercial documentation, or corporate governance roles.
Excellent written communication skills with strong structure, clarity, and tone.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business, operational, and customer considerations.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
Experience in B2B environments and customer-facing commercial terms is highly preferred.
Experience working with legal counsel or in regulated industries is an advantage.
