Job description

We’re expanding our commercial team and hiring Business Development & Sales Leads across several market and product focuses. These roles combine client acquisition, revenue generation, and market development, supporting the global growth of our commodity derivatives franchise.

If you enjoy hands‑on sales, building new markets, and working within institutional and corporate clients, we have a role for you.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow trading volumes & open interest
  • Build, onboard, and manage institutional & corporate client relationships
  • Conduct client visits, roadshows, and product workshops
  • Analyse client activity, competitive trends & market share
  • Understand client hedging & trading needs; propose listed derivatives solutions
  • Provide internal feedback and business updates (HubSpot + management reporting)
  • Support marketing initiatives (webinars, campaigns, roadshows, events)
  • Educate clients on trading, clearing, and cross‑border market access
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Clearing, Technology, Risk & Operations teams
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced qualifications a plus)
  • 5–10+ years in commodity derivatives sales or related roles (exchange, broker, bank, FCM, trading house)
  • Strong understanding of derivatives, margining, and clearing workflows
  • Proven track record in institutional/corporate relationship management and commercial delivery
  • Familiarity with front‑to‑back derivatives workflows and exchange trading platforms
  • Mandarin required for China‑focused roles
