Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with loan brokers, business agents, and referral partners to generate consistent SME loan leads.
  • Serve as the primary contact for referred SME clients, understanding their financing needs and presenting suitable loan solutions.
  • Guide clients throughout the loan process—from application to approval and disbursement—ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct preliminary financial assessments of SMEs before submission to the Credit team.
  • Structure loan proposals aligned with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Manage a portfolio of SME borrowers, monitor loan performance, and proactively address repayment concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Credit and Collections) to ensure prompt follow‑ups and recovery actions.
  • Offer basic financial insights to help clients manage cash flow and working capital.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in SME lending, commercial banking, or financial sales.
  • Strong broker/agent network and familiarity with the SME landscape.
