About the role
Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment agency Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio within the recruitment industry. As a key member of our growing organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future success of our agency. This is a full-time position based in the Downtown Core Central Region.

What you'll be doing
  1. Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and industry research
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new client contracts
  3. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and secure repeat business
  5. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and match exceptional talent to their needs
  6. Contribute to the development of the company's business development and marketing initiatives
  7. Actively monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
What we're looking for
  1. Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the recruitment industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers
  3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  4. Demonstrable understanding of the recruitment industry, including the latest trends and best practices
  5. Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
  6. Collaborative team player with a strong customer-focused mindset
  7. Proficient in using CRM and other sales/marketing tools
