Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive with a diploma or degree, preferably in Business or Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and at least 5 years of sales experience. The role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Candidates should have strong skills in communication and sales cycle management. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Keep growing existing customer accounts by spotting new opportunities and offering more of what they need.
  • Develop new business and identify potential clients to enhance the existing customer base.
  • Implement strategies and tactics to meet and ideally exceed annual revenue and sales targets.
  • Prepare sales material, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes), ensuring quick and effective communication with clients.
  • Follow up on all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, coordination with operational staff, project implementation, and the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
  • Manage accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely client payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Making sure communication flows smoothly and follow-ups are done promptly.
Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree preferably in Business or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with at least 5 years of Sales experience
