We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (Media Sales) to grow our advertiser and sponsor base and scale revenue across Silverstreak’s digital and content offerings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive New Business & Revenue
- Prospect and close new advertisers, sponsors, and agency clients.
- Build a strong pipeline across SMEs, agencies, and enterprise brands.
- Sell Silverstreak’s advertising and sponsorship solutions, including:
- Native and branded content articles
- Newsletter sponsorships
- Display and digital ad placements
- Video content partnerships
- Community and event sponsorships
- Special editorial projects and content series
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build Advertiser & Agency Relationships
- Be the main point of contact for advertisers and media/creative agencies.
- Develop long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell multi-platform campaigns and long-term sponsorship packages.
- Ensure excellent client experience from pitch to campaign delivery.
Create Compelling Commercial Packages
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to develop customised proposals.
- Co-create branded content ideas that align with Silverstreak’s audience and editorial standards.
- Prepare sales decks, media kits, and sponsorship packages.
- Contribute ideas for new monetisation formats and advertiser solutions.
Track Performance & Market Trends
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue tracking.
- Monitor digital media, content marketing, and sponsorship trends.
- Gather advertiser feedback to shape new ad products and offerings.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising sales, sponsorships, or business development, if a must-have.
- Proven ability to sell digital media, branded content, or sponsorship solutions.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with agencies and direct advertisers is a strong advantage, although not a must.

- Strong pitching, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Solid understanding of digital media and content marketing.
