Job description
    As the primary point of contact for foreign clients, you will be responsible for understanding and meeting their requirements effectively. You will gather and comprehend client needs for various software development projects and translate them into detailed project requirements for the project management team. Your role will involve preparing accurate project documentation, including requirement specifications and client feedback.Negotiating project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements will be a key responsibility. You will also be finalizing terms and conditions of contracts and agreements, ensuring clarity and agreement from all parties involved. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction will be essential.Collaborating closely with the project manager, you will ensure that project timelines, milestones, and deliverables meet client expectations. Providing regular reports to the Director on client interactions, project status, and potential business opportunities will be part of your duties. Additionally, collecting and analyzing client feedback to enhance service offerings and project execution will be crucial.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients will be another aspect of your role. You will be expected to develop strategies to expand the company's client base and increase revenue. Effectively managing work shifts to align with client time zones and project requirements will also be a part of your responsibilities.This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and paid time off. The schedule may involve day shifts, Monday to Friday shifts, night shifts, rotational shifts, UK shifts, and US shifts. Additionally, there is a performance bonus associated with this role.The ideal candidate should have a total of 3 years of work experience. The work location will be in person.,
