Role Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for representing the Singapore Headquarters in overseeing business development and operational governance for the Company’s activities in China. The role focuses on identifying and securing buyers for the Company’s concert and live entertainment offerings in the Chinese market, while also providing oversight, review, and audit of local operations to ensure alignment with HQ strategy, governance standards, and commercial objectives.

Market Development & Sales Representation
  • Act as the official representative of Singapore HQ for all China-related projects and market engagements.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with promoters, venues, distributors, and strategic partners in China for the sale and licensing of the Company’s concerts and live entertainment shows.
  • Evaluate commercial opportunities and negotiate deal structures in alignment with HQ’s pricing, brand positioning, and revenue objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence on China’s live entertainment landscape, including audience trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics.
Operations Review & Audit
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of China operations, including project execution, financial controls, vendor management, and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, or governance gaps and propose corrective actions or process improvements.
  • Ensure China operations comply with internal policies, contractual obligations, and relevant local regulations.
  • Support HQ in strengthening operational controls and reporting standards across China projects.
Reporting & Strategic Support
  • Prepare regular reports and briefings for HQ management on market performance, pipeline status, operational findings, and key risks.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic planning related to China market expansion, partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Company’s regional and strategic objectives.
