Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a business development professional with a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and preparing proposals. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required for liaising with stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and manage challenging projects.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in building, nurturing and maintaining client relationships.
• Gather market insights and information related to the industry and /or targeted region.
• Preparation of Marketing/ Project proposals and relevant Business Development related reports.
• Provide good and effective customer service to new and existing clients.
• Strong in preparing research and Business Development strategy papers will be added bonus.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with minimum 5-6 year of experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Engineering or Construction industry.
• Knowledge in Economics will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong command in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholder.
• Self-motivated, strong willed and highly initiative.
• Willing to travel.
• Independent, mature and steady to handle challenging situations and/or projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel/ powerpoint, etc. Other softwares like Photoshop/Illustrator will be plus point.
